Monday night was the lovely event Cupcakes, Cocktails and Charms, a collaboration of Intoxicating Confections, Cocktails by Svedka, and the Brooklyn Charm. Cat at Sugar Daze [based in Paris, but NYC native] had sent me the event and I knew I had to stop by to see what all these gals at Cupcakes Take the Cake were stirring up. The event took place in the adorable Brooklyn Charm right off of Bedford in the hippest part of Brooklyn. Upon arrival at the soirée, they gave us all a little goodie bag with a little circular keychain inside that we had engraved. I mean, how cute is that?

The shop is trimmed with treasures in ever corner, and everywhere you look. What more could a gal ask for … a soirée filled with great company, little treasures & trinkets, a drink in one hand, & a cocktail-flavored  cupcake in another…pure bliss.

Thanks to all who organized this lovely event at Cupcakes Take the Cake, and cheers to the perfect mixture for the perfect target. A triple threat of deliciousness.

New photo editing for this post. I think it adds a little bit of spunk.

I’m debating moving to Canon…

Did you see that Anne’s blog project Tour de France has now moved out of Paris? I have to add some places to my travel list!

New theme on my Tumblr.

A busy week and the heat is not leaving us be here in the Big Apple.

Coincidentally passed Bisous Ciao as I was craving a little macaroon.

Discovered the mysterious yet adorable Graffiti Food & Wine Bar in the LES hier soir.

How was your start of the week?

      Allie!
1.These photos are edited with Toy Camera AnalogColor or something of the sort. Not sure if I’m going to do it all the time or not though…. haven’t decided yet. I sure do like them edited like this though!
      2. I’m thinking about doing Canon DSLR that I can do video with… nothing is decided as that is a big investment.
      I’ll need your opinion!
