Synie’s Cupcakes is owned by a British gal, Synie, and are known for their meringue icing (which I love!).

Her cupcakes vary from lemon-jasmine or violet violet to double chocolate or classic vanilla and all have a simple and classic look to them, and boy are they delicious.

If you haven’t popped in her “Cupcake concept store” yet, you most definitely should. She also does custom orders for any type of celebration! Be careful, you’ll find yourself ordering more than one just to try different flavors.
