One of my last days in Denver this past spring, my mom and I went on a little lunch date at Vert Kitchen, that my best friend had recommended. What a magical little place. It’s the sort of thing I dream of sometimes on the weekends while living so far away. A little stroll on Pearl Street… the view of the Rockies on the horizon…
What is better than not only hanging out with your mom, but having blueberry lemonade and a delicious little club & soup?!?
