One of the best parts about summer is discovering all of the delicious ways to eat fresh. The photo above is from a guest post I did for Glitter & Ganache on a springtime salad that I learned how to make in 2006. It is super delish. I’m pretty luck that I live with a fella who is the salad master. Let’s just say I have a high standard of salads now. Happy weekend!
