If you like caipirinhas, you’re in the right place.

Craving cachaça yet? Some Brazilian goodness? Want to know more? This past weekend Louis and I had some friends over for a cachaça tasting with the creator’s of Ceci n’est pas de l’eau. We tasted several different kinds of cachaça with different backgrounds and ages. We sipped à la brésilienne throughout the afternoon as Yann-Yves and Ana told us all about cachaça and what makes it such a unique and delicious spirit.  What do you like to pair with your cachaça? We went with toast appetizers topped with caviar and a thin spread of crème fraîche.
