Isn’t it always nice to have those days where you plan one thing, and other things happen instead? Like domino’s falling over one after another. It can be so refreshing. I find myself getting so caught up in planning and organization of the hours of every day, that sometimes having plans go off track is a breath of fresh air.

This particular gray winter day, Maria and I got together to stop by NoGlu for a nibble and a café. They were about to close, which we didn’t really check before setting our meeting time (ooops), so we just grabbed a gluten free muffin to go, and went for a stroll through the 2nd. Boy, were those muffins good.

The sun started to set slowly and we strolled by la Bourse where there was a market. We continued back up Rue Saint-Anne (great Japanese food on this street by the way!) where we found Zen Zoo on the corner. It was the perfect place to warm up with some bubble tea & dim sum.

Have an open-ended schedule one day. I plan to do it on purpose more often (ha). Gotta give our minds a rest every now and again.

I just discovered Zen Zoo, too! It reminds me more of home than anything else in Paris. Funny, huh?

Oh, how I love these days. They’re really the only time you discover somewhere new, when there’s no agenda. Sounds like a perfect afternoon xx

Milsters, NoGlu is absolutely wonderful. I also checked out their dinner there a while back and it was fabulous. I hope to go for afternoon tea & a snack more often. When you go, please let me know what you think. ^^
