

I’ve been really into smoothies lately. I suddenly started missing the smoothie shops in Denver and being able to just go and grab one on a hot day with oodles of vitamin C and deliciousness.
The simple smoothie above has the following ingredients:
- red berries
- natural yogurt
- a banana
- cranberry juice
- honey
What do you like to put in your smoothie?

What about punch?
Or a smoothie with a little bite?
This is where I got super inspired.

mmmmmm.. sonds so good! before living in France where ice cubes are a luxury, I used to make a lot of frozen smoothies. One of my faves is strawberry, mint, banana and greek yogurt.

Sounds delicious! I usually just omit any dairy products, since I’m allergic, but tons of fruit, juice, and ice are my staples!
looks yummy. i put mixed fruit, berries, banana and milk. haven’t made one in several months tho, need to get back to making them.
Banana, frozen mixed berries, carrots, kale, ground flax seed, and coconut water. I like to get some veggies in there too.
Ah! That sounds delish. Frozen mixed berries are so convenient! I need to find ground flax seed in Paris.
I like to make green smoothies… a handful of spinach + strawberries + blueberries + yogurt. I like the added greens, and you can’t even taste the spinach!
