One night in Denver, Liz took me to one of her favorite restaurants: Linger, which ever so cleverly was transformed from the Olinger Mortuaries. This place is the cat’s pajamas and was absolutely delicious. They serve tapas from all different cultures, delicious cocktails and some of the best local beers on tap.

After dinner we stopped by Little Man Ice Cream for a scoop.
