This is a treat I have grown to really appreciate. Luckily the man I live with makes a damn good one.

Cette petite goûtée j’ai appris à vraiment apprécier. Heureusement que l’homme avec lequel j’habite peut en faire un qui est sacrément bon.

4 cl glass Whiskey (1/5 of a glass)

2 cl  glass cane sugar syrup (half of the amount of whiskey)

1 long espresso shot (if you wanna be fancy, add the coffee after you’ve heated the whiskey + sugar together)

Oodles of whipped cream

    If I don’t like whiskey, would I like this? :) Is it very strong? Looks yummy!

      Yes! I am not a huge whiskey fan and I find this to be delicious! You can always make it light ;-)

      It’s not too sweet. Depends how sweet you want it to be! :)
